Here is my measurement:

Chipboard: Cut (2) pieces at 6.50” x 8.50 " and (1) piece at 3" x 8.50"

Base pages: Cut (5) piece at 8.25”x 11.50” and score on the 11.50" side at 5.75" (in the middle)

(I used 15 pieces A4 size cardstock from 160 g/m2 to made the base album)

I used 12"x12" some of my left over blue type papers to made this album.

Binding: (cardstock from 160 g/m2) Cut (1) piece at 7 7/8” x 12” and score on the 12” side at 2”, 2 1/8”, 2 ¾”, 3 3/8”, 3 ½”, 4 1/8”, 4 7/8”, 5 ½”, 5 5/8”, 6 ¼” , 6 3/8”, 7”, 7 5/8”, 7 ¾”, 8 3/8”, 8 ½”, 9 1/8”, 9 ¾”, 9 7/8” . This will give you 3/4” hinges and 5/8” gussets.
